secondly juzz try to understand other's state of mind also to express your feeling that may be angriness or love or statements . . . . anything. For example if you are making fire dance on any one juzz think once whether they are in a state to understand your angriness or your pain or you uncomfortableness and so on . . . .

letz go on parellel path and sequentially your words should be in such a way that they should understand that

1.You dont like such type of things?

2.What will be your reaction in those times when you don like them?

3.What they have to do to undo this all things? . . . . . . . . . Then only their action as the result can impress you.

At the same time they shouldn't know what will be your reaction to what type of tasks.

This may harm you relation if they are toooooo talented.

HOW TO ERASE THIS DISTURBANCE

First try to know why these all things are being happened and is the reason exists in short term period or long term period. Now analyse their shades of thinking and before that analyse the problem whether the disturbance is the right one or due to some environment situations.If due to some situations then solution for that situation will be enough. If not and if you came to know that you are the wrong one then clearly explain why you have done that. If the problem is not your thinking then explain the happenings in such a way that they have to be mouled to the right task if not even to you thats not at all the issue.
